WONDER GOAL

Today I scored a WONDER GOAL! The best goal I have ever scored. The ball bounced up to me in midfield. I was well positioned and controlled it with my chest toward goal (running from left to right). And then I SMASHED it (half volley I presume...) and it crashed in off the very top corner of the right post and in! Goal keeper was rooted to the spot but had no chance, I hit it so sweet!

It was a crucial goal too, as we were trailing 1-0 and struggling to keep a foothold in the game. I then went on to win the penalty which Jay converted on his way to a hat-trick after I had effectively opened the flood gates. My last game before I head off to Germany in only 2 weeks!

Mean time what else has been up? Not much. A bit of work at the nursery. Soccer coaching. Finishing off the last of pre-final assessment. Now I have 1 take home and 3 exams facing me before I jet off!
